Windows 10: windows taskbar disappears from time to time

when I upgraded to the windows10 20H2 recently, my taskbar disappears from time to time. I have checked that I don't turn on the "Auto-hide the taskbar". The picture shows my systems' version. I need your help, thank you very much.

My time and date have disappeared from the taskbar. the drop menu on the taskbar has no properties on it and all icons do not show clock

This can happen if the Taskbar was not refreshed for a long time. To resolve your concern, we recommend that you reset the Taskbar by following the steps below:

• Press CTRL + SHIFT + ESC key to open Task Manager.
• On the Processes tab, look for Windows Explorer.
• Right-click Windows Explorer, then click Restart.
• Wait for File Explorer to restart and see if Taskbar starts working again. Let us know if this method works for you.

Refreshing the taskbar from time to time will prevent encountering this type of issue moving forward.

Disappearing taskbar

I use a Surface Book with a remote monitor and am having problems with the taskbar disappearing. If the Surface is idle for more than ~ one hour, the taskbar is completely gone. If I right click in the approximate area of the start button, I can access
the restart command. When the Surface restarts, the taskbar is back, but it will happen again as soon as the Surface is idle for any period of time. Suggestions?
