Windows 10: Windows taskbar does not work and i could not open windows explorer

After a restart of my laptop the problem occur. when i try to sign in windows it says preparing windows for like 5-10min. Then it ask me to sign in my Microsoft account and now I stuck at this screen.

Help!, windows taskbar disapeared!!!

Try Ctrl+Esc.

If Recycle Bin is the only icon you can see, open it, from the explorer window navigate to Control Panel and find Taskbar settings there.

 

Windows Explorer Replacement?

are you running IE7? if not that wouold be my first suggestion,upgrade to ie7 that can fix some stability issues with windows explorer
