Windows 10: Windows taskbar frozen every time windows boots up

It started with the taskbar being frozen and startup programs not opening. When I clicked on the taskbar then explorer restarted and the taskbar started to function and all the startup programs opened. Sometimes clicking wouldn't work and I would have to ctrl+alt+del then open task manager and from there open a cmd and use it to log out and log back in, that would get the taskbar to work again. Now I thought it is some issue with windows being buggy. I updated windows to the latest public version, I ran sfc /scannnow, I reinstalled the taskbar from PowerShell and nothing worked.So as a last re

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

 

having a problem with Windows 10 taskbar. help needed,

It's still happening after i have done the above mentioned steps. I was running FireFox, I had 3 tabs open. 2 were Newegg.com, 1 was TPU. Closing them did NOT resolve the issue. Im starting to think that this is being caused by a windows process. notifications are entirely off too. FFS, this is really annoying.

I tried This fix, and im Hoping it will work.

I Also installed "start10" and customised the start Menu, and Added a proper start button. Still no frozen taskbar, and its been Far longer than it normally takes until it used to happen.
