1. Windows Taskbar

Ok, I will describe my issue from the start.A few days ago I was trying to fix a game crash and I found ntdll.dll error in the dump file executed in windbg. Then I tried to replace the file with a new copy of the dll file from the web but It asked for trusted installer permission then I searched on web and entered these commands in cmd- cd /d C:\Windows takeown /f SysWOW64 /r
    cacls SysWOW64 /t /g everyone:F Takeown /f C:\Windows\System32\en-US\user32.dll.mui icacls C:\Windows\System32\en-US\user32.dll.mui /grant <currentaccount>:F /t

Then, from the problem starts I restarted my pc and after restarting some files like pdf, xls, word. I was getting a error while opening the documents- the subsystem needed to support the image type is not present. Then I entered sfc/scannow command in cmd to scan for errors

and I restarted my pc after restarting the error was fixed but I was not able to access start menu and the wifi was working It auto connects to my router but I cant access the menu of available networks whenever I click it it pops out and closes automatically same for the sound I can listen sound but whenever i try to adjust the sound the sound slider closes automatically and the action center and the time and date icon box is also crashing. And one more thing the search bar is working but it is in the half the size of usual search bar. Please help me I will be very thankful to you! :
