Windows 10: Windows ten stuck at blank screen with loading circle after removing battery

I just like to report that I have tried the method suggested and it worked for me!

The Windows 10 1607 Update has been failing since Sep 2016. It was stuck at the spinning circle screen. Every time I just let it restored to the previous version. Until lately did I start looking for solution. I applied the fix from Microsoft and verified that the registry key was removed, but it was still occurring.

Yesterday, after reading this thread, I tried the update again, and at the spinning circle screen where it was stuck, I unplugged my wireless mouse dongle and the update process continued.

Stuck in startup screen with rotating blue circle

Hi,

As per the description, I understand that you are stuck on the blue screen with rotating circles upon startup.

If the above is true, I suggest that you perform Power Drain and check. To do so follow the steps below

• Unplug the charger and remove the battery of your laptop, if using a desktop remove the power cord.
• Press and hold the Power button for 30sec
• Plug the charger/power cord and restart system.

If the above did not help, I suggest that you perform Startup Repair using Windows Media Creation Tool and check.



Download the Windows 10 ISO and create a Media Creation tool and then perform Startup Repair.

Once you have the installation media, follow the steps:

• Start your computer from the installation media. Insert the disk or USB stick and restart your computer. If you see a message asking you to “Press any key to boot from DVD,” do so. If you don’t see the message,
  you might need to change the boot order in your computer's BIOS settings so that it first starts from the disk or USB. When you see the 'Install Windows' page, tap or click 'Repair your computer' link to start the Windows Recovery Environment.
• In the Windows Recovery Environment, on the Choose an option screen, click
  'Troubleshoot'.
• Click, Advanced Options and then click on 'Startup Repair'.
• After this complete the repair and see if you are able to boot in to your computer.

Stuck on Windows Boot Loading Circle + Random Screen Crash

Hey all!

So basically, sometimes when I boot my computer up I get stuck. The spinning circle stops spinning midway and I'm stuck. The only solution I've found online for this is removing my mouse, keyboard and usb microphone, then I load up normally.

The other thing is a random crash I'll get, while my monitor is still on my screen will just go black or grey, might be depending on what program I was on at the time and I basically can't do anything, no crtl alt delete, nothing, my pc is on and I will have to restart or shutdown. It's not a BSOD crash, my screen just goes black or grey.

Then usually when I go start back up after the screen crash I get stuck back at my spinning circle problem.

Would these 2 issues correlate towards anything?

I'm still on windows version 1909, I have considered updating my windows to see if that might be the solution but I don't want to jump the gun, the issue has been a most recent one.
