Windows 10: Windows Texts are messed up

Discus and support Windows Texts are messed up in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; The problem started when I changed my Windows License from Home to Education.     Windows Texts are messed up


    The problem started when I changed my Windows License from Home to Education. All the texts in settings, file manager, wifi, notification, etc changed and shows something else. Here's a screenshot:I am currently using Windows 11. Updated to the latest version, don't want to format or reset since I have too many development applications and VMs that are hard to install and setup.In the above screenshot also, you can see I have opened the Windows Update page, and in header, it is showing "App Permission" and on side, it is showing "Link your Android, iPhone".I am running the system based on my i
