Windows 10: Windows thinks PgDn is being held down

Discus and support Windows thinks PgDn is being held down in Windows 10 Ask Insider to solve the problem; This problem ONLY happens on Windows windows and not on any other programs.     Windows thinks PgDn is being held down


    This problem ONLY happens on Windows windows and not on any other programs. I also cannot type into the search bar in the start menu.

    I've tried:

    Disconnecting keyboard
    Restarting with the keyboard disconnected
    Connecting a different keyboard
    Pressing the key repeatedly
    Several other online tutorials

    CTRL+PgUp // CTRL+PgDn

    My CTRL+PgUp and CTRL+PgDn hotkey suddenly stopped working. The keys work independently (i.e. my CTRL keys and PgUp PgDn functions work on their own), but the combination no longer works for switching tabs in Chrome or even Excel.

    Any suggestions as to why this may be happening?

    windows xp installation and dual core am

    could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
