  1. Windows Time is Incorrect

Kind of desperate at this point so any help will be appreciated. Daylight savings time made it so that the time went forward one hour and my PC never changed to said time (e.g. if it was 06:00 a.m my PC said 05:00 a.m). I was fine with it for a few days but today I decided to change it. I changed it to my time zone and the windows clock freaked out and changed to early in the morning on 22nd May! I have been trying to fix it for a few hours but nothing has worked and all sync software I have used seems to fail. No method where you go into date and time settings has worked and the cmd commands related to time fail too. I ran a boot time scan with Avast to see if there was anything in my PC that may have caused this but nothing popped up. I feel like something has to be lurking in my PC that has decided to cause this but I may be wrong. Anyone got any tips? Thanks

Windows 10 1709 System Restore problems...

That seems to be an attempt at Option 2 in the tutorial, which requires you to
    a. Boot to a command prompt (Did you?)
    b. You then seem to be mixing steps 3,4 and 5, thus your command is incorrect.

I suggest Option 1 is easier.

If you still have problems, please repost listing each specific step and saying which option from the tutorial you are using. Thanks.
