Windows 10: Windows Timeout desktop

I have windows 10 installed on my computer and before the screens would time and go black they're supposed to. But now for some reason they stay on and I have done the power stuff the settings to change the timer but they don't seem to work I do have rift s plugged in that's might stop it not sure but Id like my screens to turn off like before and they are not

  On the bottom of the screen click on Screen Timeout.

To address your concern, we suggest that you adjust your screen timeout setting. It helps you set the time on how long before the screen will be locked due to inactivity.

You can follow the steps below on how to set your screen timeout:

1. Right-click on the Desktop, then choose Personalize.

2. Click Lock screen found on the left pane.

3. Click Screen timeout settings at the bottom part of the page.

4. Choose your preferred screen timeout on the drop down list under Screen.

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
