Windows 10: windows toolbar hangs after recent windows update

Hi,I just update both my PC and laptop to the latest version of windows. I noticed that after several minutes my toolbar is not responding anymore. The only way i discovered to get out of that "hang" situation is when i press ctrl + alt + del and press task manager. Once the task manager window is running the toolbar is now functioning. There are also times that it disables my keyboard input when i type on the address bar on nay browser.

Windows Update suddenly hangs?

Windows Update is suddenly hanging for some reason... I went and downloaded and installed the first bunch of updates, restarted when asked, and now when I go back to windows update I just get the window with a white box forever. Reboot and it still does it. This happens to be on my main machine, running windows 7.

I've also noticed when I reboot it says configuring windows update, step 3 of 3, 47%. Maybe it somehow skipped something and is screwed forever?

• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
