Windows 10: Windows tried to update, now my computer won't boot

Hi! Yesterday my computer tried to update Windows 10 and it never worked before it tried a few times in the past but now I'm stuck in what I think is the boot menu.When turning my computer on, I end up in the "Windows boot manager". I have 2 options under "choose an operating system to start" and they are both called "windows 10 home recovered". I tried both, and they both give me the status 0xc0000428. I also have the option "To specify an advanced option for this choice, press F8". When I press F8, I go back to the page with the 0xc0000428 code. The only option left is to press ESC.

computer won't boot but has power

Kursah, that 6 steps are granted it always boots at the 6th step (sometimes at the 4th) and I have to remove the ethernet cable every time otherwise I'll have to do countless steps, that's a fact. I do not have Wake On Lan set.

 

I unplugged my computer to soon and now it won´t start up again?

This solution did not solve my problem since my computer won´t power up at all. it is as if the computer is completely dead and I have tried different outlets that work for other computers but it still won´t power up.

Is my motherboard broken?

 

My pc won´t boot Windows 10 from USB/DVD

So I wanted to change from my Windows 10 x32 bits to 64x. I downloaded the Mediacreationtool and used it in both a USB and a DVD. Tried used the usb, the disk and both at the same time but they won´t boot.

I have a P7H55-M motherboard, the BIOS is updated and configured to boot first DVD, second usb and third SATA.

So if someone could help me it´d be great.
