Windows 10: Windows trouble shoot update, detects a problem but it says the same thing after doing it again

Split from this thread. Hello sorry for asking again but is it normal for this trouble shooter to say this in the details? Windows trouble shoot update, detects a problem but it says the same thing after doing it again

I ran my windows 11 trouble shooter and found that it says Check for windows update issues Detected

after this I restarted my pc to check it agin and it gives me the same results





Is this normal on windows 11 or not

(My updates do work but this says this)

 

Trouble Shooting

Here are the messages after trouble shooting has completed:

(1) Potential windows update data base error detected.

(2) Check for pending updates.

 

What does "Issue not present" mean in trouble shooting?

I once ran some troubleshooters, and in the detection details on the 'trouble shooting couldn't identify the problem" it had a list of typical root causes and said "Issue not present"
