Windows 10: Windows udpates KB5058411 error - 0x8007000b

Hello, I purchased an Acer Nitro 5 laptop last year 2024 that came pre-installed with a genuine and stable version of Windows 11. At first, everything worked well and Windows Update functioned normally. However, after performing a system reset using the built-in recWindows overy options 1 month ago, my system has been stuck on windows update: KB5055523 Error 0x800f0838. I've tried every possible solution but it wouldnt work, so yesterday I reset my systm again just to get stuck on another windows update issue again: KB5058411 Error 0x80240069 I’ve tried every possible solutions fo

There are a lot of reasons why "An attempt was made to load a program with an incorrect format. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x8007000B)" error occurs.

I also have this issue with the 0x8007000b error code on about 7 apps, some of which removed, but it still detects them, after they have been removed.

I have tried all of the recommendations, with no success.

If an app is removed/ unimstalled, it should no longer detect updates for it.
