Windows 10: WINDOWS UNSUPPORTED 16 BIT APPLICATION

HELP ME PLZ Every time I try to run the new Minecraft launcher it says the same error message unsupported 16 bit application So I’m like let me just like update my windows and when I try to update my windows from 10 to 11 it says this 2023-1 Update for Windows 10 Version 22H2 for ×64-based Systems KB4023057Status: Download error - 0x800700c1 and it keeps telling me like I’m missing files and **** I’ve tried everything and it’s not just minecraft it’s like other games 2 so if there’s like files I can download so it will stop saying this like maybe I accidentally deleted something idk help me

A Windows 95 game is 35 years old, or 350 years old in computer years (1=10 years ratio) so that's the level of impossibility you're asking.

However it is possible to get 16 bit applications running in Windows 10 as shown here:

There is nothing else I find for that game in Windows 10 so it's likely it's not possible.

For the last couple of weeks this message Unsupported 16-Bit Application \AppData\Local\Temp\ErrorReport.exe has been coming on my computer. Everytime I try to close it it only keeps on popping back up. How can I get rid of this popup once and for all?
