Windows 10: Windows updae error - Windows 10 Version 21H2 KB5019959 - Error 0x800f0845

Hello everyone,It's been months since I am stuck with the version 21H2 update issue. Not just 1 time but many times it just failed.I have tried various methods mentioned in this community & other places. I am pretty sure the issue is "update fails when internet is connected." I am saying this because I have successfully updated once when I turned off my router. Right after I turned it on, BSOD kicked in & reverted the update.Right now I have financial issue & answers like change your lan card or wifi receiver isn't a solution for me. Below I am attaching whole installation failing

Hello, I am trying to update from Windows 8 to Windows 10 directly from notifications but I am getting this error after the setup is completed. I am getting this error after: C1900101-30018 Error
