Windows 10: Windows Update 02.12.2020

Hello!


I updated Windows 02.12.2020. The download an installation process took about 30minutes. After the update, windows run very slow and halts very often. It takes longer to log on to my user and Outlook often crashes. Also opening files takes more time than before. I use a Lenovo ThinkStation, bought in early 2019.


Have anyone else experienced the same problem?

Windows10 23/02 automatic download

Since Windows update 23/02/17 auto installed, I have lost my list of Apps -programmes which normally show at the bottom left of my screen also the Adobe Bridge. I did a System Restore back to 12/02, got the Bridge back but not my list of Apps eg Windows accessories/snipping tool etc, etc.

I would like to know how to cancel automatic update installation and how to get my programme/apps list back please?

I'm getting this error for the update. I've tried a few suggested solutions, wiped and started windows again... nothing works. Any ideas?
