    Windows Update 1803 issues on Dell XPS 15 9560 re Some Programmes


    HI Guys / Girls

    My Windows Update 1803 is giving me issues on a Dell XPS 15 9560 re Some Programmes YNAB & NordVpn are loading but only show a blank screen. They are in fact loading up and everything I gather is fine except I cannot see them.
    Also, Nvidia Control Panel freezes up I have been on to Nvidia and tried all there new drivers and Hotfixes


    What I have done so far:-

    Tried a new Windows profile made no difference.
    Tried reinstalling video drivers fresh install old & new version and Hotfix (that didn't work)
    Removed affected software and reinstalled it same issue blank screens. Also, I can see the menus item in the apps but 90% do not work!.

    I am pretty sure it is not the software as I have 3 other PC's that have updated and they run fine. So this points me to Dell or Nvidia driver issues.

    But I would like to know how I can pinpoint what it is!
    Any gurus point me in the right direction really do not want to rollback.
    Also, it could be a Windows issue I guess just would like to know.
