Windows 10: Windows update - 1803

Dear All



It is regarding the windows update 1803 last time we have tried to update in Microsoft surface pro 4 and after installation it was not booting properly and somehow reverted back and today it got automatically installed in our lenovo think pad z50-70 model laptop and it slow down the operating system in such a way that we are not able to open any applications


seeing the compatibility list from the community i am not able to see any Microsoft product and the model which i mentioned above

Please let me know how can i stop the windows update from automatically updating and getting the pop up

Win10: windows update stuck at never ending loop ?

When in win10:

• Update&security -> Windows update -> Finding update... .... .... ....

Planning to download the latest Win10.ISO (vers.1803) and manually update:
- Then wait that my ordered new SSD arrives and clone the old HDD to it.

Any Office365 users here? Does Outlook (or any Office app for that matter) request activation after each system restart post this Windows 1803 update?

• How did you upgrade your computer to Windows 1803?
• Did you get any error messages?
• Do you have a 3rd party antivirus installed on your PC?

Normally, if your PC meets the requirements for the upgrade, it will be offered to you. If your PC doesn't have an incompatible hardware, then we can proceed with troubleshooting steps.
