    Windows Update 1903 and Realtek Bluetooth


    Hello everyone,


    I have tried updating my computer with Windows 10 Update 1903 and it is been block by the realtek bluetooth issue Although I downloaded the drivers to update the driver but I do not see the driver in the device manager.


    What can I do to solve the issue?

    Doesn't help. As I mentioned, I've already followed the steps outlined in the article - the problem is there is no Realtek device in my Bluetooth group in Device Manager; no such driver exists. There's also no corresponding Windows update that I could uninstall in Programs and Features for this, and no Realtek Bluetooth program I can uninstall - the only Realtek program I have is Realtek High Definition Audio Driver, which I don't think works for this. My computer doesn't even have an in-built Bluetooth device, I use an external Bluetooth Adapter (from TP-Link, dunno the specific model, and the driver I use is just Generic Bluetooth Radio). In my Bluetooth devices, there's my bluetooth speaker (boAt STONE 200), and the Microsoft Bluetooth LE Enumerator (and a clone of the same, written in very weird script).

    Can't update realtek bluetooth driver for 1903 windows 10 update

    So I got the message yesterday saying I couldn't update my computer to Windows 1903 due to an outdated Realtek Bluetooth driver. I followed the steps up till the point where I select update drivers in the dropdown menu. It gave me the message "Windows has
    determined that you are already running the best driver".

    I don't even have a Realtek Bluetooth device. Just some Edimax Bluetooth / wifi adapter. It's an N150 EQ-7611ULB.

    I've tried to uninstall the Bluetooth driver in hopes that that would solve something. It still gives me the same messages. I'll try reinstalling the driver they give off their website, but it hasn't been updated since early 2018, so I doubt it'll actually
    solve anything.
