Windows 10: Windows Update 2004 problem

Hello, I have a problem with Windows Update 2004 every time I want to install it. It reaches 60% and I get an error with this code 0x800701b1, and I have not found a solution for it.

Step 3:

Good luck with the other user’s suggestion.

My go-to list when updating to a new version of Windows is:

Disconnect all external USB devices apart from mouse & keyboard.

Turn off/disable third party antivirus.

Change desktop theme to default.

Change screensaver to None.

Set sleep to off.

Doing this I’ve never had problems.

With 2004 I’m discovering the problem is with Malwarebytes & not my pc/Windows.
