Windows 10: Windows update 21H1 is affecting gaming performance.

I've spent thousands of dollars for a new computer & hardware, only for 2 years of performance. What is the point of spending all this money for a high-end computer, if it only lasts until a windows 10 update or graphics driver screws up the performance? The 21h1 update has resulted in every game with a micro-stutter, and I can't stop noticing it. Every single solution has been attempted for many hours. Driver updates, control panel tweaks, registry tweaks, and nothing works. This is an impossible waste of energy, and everything was working fine just a few months ago.
