Windows 10: Windows Update 22h2 Makes my roxio game capture card glitch out.

Just recently updated to 22h2 and went to play some games thru my capture card and it kept glitching out. i unplugged and replugged it in and it was the same issue, after i uninstalled the update the card was working fine again. Any help to fix this issue?

IS THERE ANYONE WHO USES ROXIO 2011, HAVING PROBLEMS USING VIDEO CAPTURE, I CAN GET THE VIDEO,

BUT NO AUDIO ON BOTH MY PCs WHICH I HAD NO PROBLEM WITH THE WINDOWS 7, UNTIL I GOT THIS WINDOWS 10.

ALSO, ON MY LAPTOP (WHICH WAS WINDOWS 8 AND NO PROBLEM WITH ROXIO VIDEO CAPTURE),
ROXIO VIDEO CAPTURE OPENS MY WEB CAM AND DOES NOT GO TO VIDEO CAPTURE. ARE THERE ANY ANSWERS TO THESE PROBLEMS.
