That's right. So I guess everyone who still owns Windows gets BLUE SCREEN CRASHES, BSCs EVERY DAY NOW, right? I mean, that's what they're doing to me? And No one seems to care.It's either ALL of you just LOVE your new, Daily BSC's, which do major harm to your computer systems, and just LOVE Microsoft INVADING YOUR PRIVACY, STEALING your information, which it appears they're doing to me?ORMicrosoft is CRIMINALLY CENSORING ME on their HELP PAGE, when I NEED HELP to solve an issue.There is nothing else.

Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.
