    Windows update aftermath problem


    Hello, I am having problems with my Toshiba TECRA laptop Model Number: PT525A-02L03Q I recently did a Windows update where I had to restart my laptop in order to complete the update and after the update had finished, I tried to start up my laptop and once, after the Toshiba logo appears, the screen just fades to black and it shows a hyphen being featured on the far left corner of my computer screen and it's been like that ever since. It won't take me to the "Log In" menu. Any tips on how to resolve this issue?
