Windows 10: Windows update always gives an error, also driver error

So I can't update windows because it always gives me an error before it finishes, e.g. one time from the system updates it said some updates were not installed. Also when I tried updating through downloading the update from the website it would not work as before finishing it would say another instance is running. I also have the problem with windows instantly installing old drivers right after uninstalling them and trying to replace them with new drivers. So, I tried updating my drivers this morning, they updated but wouldn't let me play games anymore or open amd settings either, when I checked device manager it said that they both had error code 43 and windows stopped it because it had reported problems. I tried uninstalling then reinstalling but it wouldn't work (the drivers). Then I tried rolling back to another date to when my drivers were fine, just to find out that everything changed except my graphics drivers meaning that the new drivers I got were in my older system restore point and also wouldn't let me play games or anything. Im using an HP pavilion laptop that says I have AMD A10-8700p so i tried the drivers for that to come to no luck. In device manager it says my drivers are an AMD RADEON R6 GRAPHICS and another one which was amd r7-something then when updated became amd r8-something. (Sorry for being unspecific). Does anyone know a fix for this? My computer is super useless right now and need help. Also in device manager whenever i checked it with the new drivers it just would give me error 43 but the drivers would work if they were the original drivers. However it would still not let me use amd driver settings as it would say no driver is installed.

Who has seen this vista update error

When you go to Windows vista update and it tell you to update a driver that you have already updated. Then it says failed to update and gives you the error code that tell you that you already have a never version than that. WTF? Why in the world would it be trying to updated something with an older driver. Well the only way to get it out of your windows update list is to go uninstall what ever that driver is then run the update and install it. Then run the newer drivers again.

Well I still can't get the Nivida Network Bridge to disappear out of the list. I uninstall the one in device manager and go to the update and before it's even done with that. Vista is automatically installing a newer version than is in the Vista update list.......

Vista Automatic Updating Error

I have had automatic updating set to update daily but recently it has alerted me that it has been turned off.

I open Windows Security Center and click Change Settings under Automatic Updating, it gives me two options, "Install Updates Automatically (recommended)" and "Let me choose".

First option clicked and it gives me an error window, "Security Center can't change your automatic updating settings." and gives the option to do it manually.

I open the window to manually change my settings, "Install updates automatically Every Day at 5:00 AM" is selected, I click OK yet Automatic Updating is still not on.

If I go to the Windows Update window and Check for Updates I receive an error stating:

Error(s) found: Code 8007042 Windows Update encountered an unknown error.

Basically my automatic updates are being disabled *Bang Head :banghead:, any way to fix this? Thank you.
