Windows 10: Windows Update and Defender broken...

I have gone through hours of troubleshooting methods and none has worked... This is my first time using Reddit, hopefully, you guys can help me.

I don't know what it is, it shouldnt be a virus, all my third party anti virus applications are not detecting anything yet every single option from Windows Defender is unusable. Cant use it to search, turn on/off protection or anything. It says that it is being "handled by my admin". What? Everything worked fine like a month ago... I have only played games on it from steam, Microsoft, Ubisoft, and origin...

It pisses me off, I thought maybe cause of an Windows update? I havent updated it in a while and i see there are updates for it after waiting 30 minutes of it searching for it and all it does is it gives me this message

0x80080005 error. All the troubleshooting methods I've seen, they say disable anti-virus and use windows own troubleshoot, nothing works and Defender is already disabled lol. Can't turn it on even when i deleted all my third-party anti-virus programs.

I spent a lot of time in regedit, cmd and service.msc and done everything i could from reading off articles, (some Reddit posts) and youtube videos and again, nothing worked. I cant even change anything in regedit cause every time i try, windows just tells me to fuck off. All the "values" that i should change for the fixes are already there.

No malware or viruses found, all the files that is "tweakable" for troubleshoot is as they should be... so what am I suppose to do?

I can't play Forza Horizon 4 online anymore, nor State Of Decay 2. Everything that has to do with Microsoft, downloads, updates, etc DOES NOT WORK. Everything else is super fine and works extremely well.

There was thing i was curious about the windows defender antivirus network inspection service cannot be run because other programs are blocking it and i have none of that.



I do not know much about computers but I feel like I have a tiny bit of knowledge at least.

Please anyone help me

Windows update and windows defender issues

We suggest you to avoid installing any cleaner or anti-virus software that may interrupt the function of Windows Defender. Make sure that Windows Defender is always on. To do this follow these steps:

• On the Start menu, type Windows Defender and hit enter.
  
• Click Settings.
  
• Turn Real-time protection on.

We also recommend you to install the latest update for Windows Defender.

Windows Defender broken with last update

To resolve this problem yourself, follow these steps:

• Set the Windows Defender service to Automatic instead of
  Disabled or Manual. To do this, follow these steps:
• Click Start, type services in the Start Search box, and then click
  Services in the Programs list.
• If you are prompted for an administrator password or for confirmation, type your password, or click Continue.
  
• Double-click the Windows Defender service, and then in the Startup type box, click
  Automatic.
• Click OK.

SEtting up automatic updates for windows defender on windows 8

I have found this on the internet en have set up a task for automatic definitions update for Windows Defender but a window pops up when this starts to run.
Is there a way to set this without any window popping up so that it just runs in the background?

Now I'm using
"C:\Program Files\Windows Defender\MpCmdRun.exe" -SignatureUpdate -MMPC
