Windows 10: windows update and installed apps missing from settings app

the Windows update tab is missing from my settings as well as the installed apps part of the apps tab and maybe more that i didnt noticeQuick edit: i do have Rectify11 installed as well, and forgot to mention this.

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

 

No text on Apple TechPowerUp app

Since the last Apple update on my iPhone 7 Plus I can open the TechPowerUp app but the review text is missing. Deleting the app and making a fresh install made no difference.

 

App tiles disappeared after last update. Some apps such as Photos are not even in start prompt

Microsoft is investigating reports of missing apps after installing the Fall Creators Update.
New with version 1709, you have now the ability to reset or repair an app from the Settings app. For us to troubleshoot this issue, we suggest that you follow these steps:

• Open the Settings app.
• Click on Apps.
• Make sure that you are on the Apps and Features tab to see the list of apps on the right side.
• From the list of apps, click on the missing app.
• Click on Advanced options.
• Click on the Reset button.
