Windows 10: windows update and restart not working

I noticed an app not workingrazer cortex then I decided to check the windows update in settings and I found it not working It's stuck loading so I decided to restart my pc and I was surprised that the restart is stuck loading too then I forced the shutdown so when my pc turns on before logging in it restarts normally but when I log in it won't also that I tried to troubleshoot the windows update and it's pending too I even went back to a restore point and it still not working

Since none of the troubleshooting steps here worked, I'd suggest you do a Clean install.

Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.
