Windows 10: Windows update blank screen

No update button nor activity in this screen. Just the icon and a yellow bg rounded exclamation mark. I tried restarting the service, em ty cache and all Internet solutions. How to fix it?I'm not able to upload a screenshot because it fails. Sorry.

Windows booting to blank screen after safe mode

Click these keys whenever you see a black screen:
Windows logo key + Ctrl + Shift + B > report what you see and hear

See if you can boot to the BIOS using the information in this link:
