Windows 10: Windows update caused black sceeen

I just got a new windows 11 PC a few days ago. Got a notification that there were some windows updates so I downloaded them and clicked restart once it was ready to restart. When my PC came back on instead of the login screen it was just black and my cursor that is loading. I can't get into my login to open anythingI have tried: Win+Ctrl+shift+BRebooted in safe modeReset pc while keeping my files Reset pc while deleting all files Nothing I have done has worked and idk what else to do. Any help someone could provide is appreciated. Thank you.
