Windows 10: Windows Update Caused Forza Motorsport 7 Installation to Crash-- Memory still taken up

I recently purchased Forza Motorsport 7 for Windows 10. Initially, the download was proceeding as expected. However, somewhere near the end of the download (~95% download complete) or the installation, an update and restart for my Surface Pro caused the installation to crash. Despite the fact that the game is not installed, it appears that the ~95 GB are still taken up. However, I've been unable to locate and delete the game files. As a result of this, I cannot install the game again since I keep getting a message that I don't have enough space.


I've already searched the C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Packages directory and the files for FM7 are not there (though other game files are). Furthermore, from troubleshooting, I've been unable to see why 166 GB of the total 237 GB available on my computer are taken up when I only have word documents saved . I reviewed Disk Cleanup options but it looks like cleaning up system files will only clear up 12 MB.


Is there are a reason why the game would still take up memory when I haven't been able to locate the files? Otherwise, why are 166 GB taken up despite the fact that I only have word documents saved? How could I locate and clear up the Forza Motorsport 7 files?

Forza Motorsport 7 Ultimate edition

I just redeemed Forza Motorsport 7 from a physical copy but when I went to the store for install or download, it says forza motorsport 7 ultimate edition is currently not available but the add-on are showing it's "owned". Only share option is there neither
install nor redeem option. I have no idea what to do please help. After I wasted **** lots of money no this game. Can I be able to get a new redeem code? Please help I just want to play!
