Windows 10: Windows update caused PrintShop to be deleted

Windows did an update this week and when I went to open my Printshop program it asked me to install the program. This has happened before when updates were done but I had a tech fix the program. I am on my own now, so I need help. Any suggestions? Thank you.

PrintShop is the name of the program? where did you get the program from to begin with and are you able to just download it again? If not then try this:

1. Download recuva from here and just run the program and detect any missing/deleted files from windows updates:

Before proceeding further, I suggest you to check the compatibility of Printshop Deluxe in Windows 10.

If it is compatible, follow the below method.

Method 1: Compatibility mode

I would suggest you to install the latest available drivers on manufacturer's website in compatibility mode.

Follow the steps below on how to install driver in compatibility mode:

1. Download the driver from the manufacturer’s website and save it on your local disk.

2. Right click on the setup file of the driver and select “Properties”.

3. Select “Compatibility” Tab.

4. Place a check mark next to “Run this program in Compatibility mode” and select operating system from the drop down list.

5. Let the driver install and then check the functionality.
