Discus and support Windows Update continues to fail. Windows 10, version 22H2 0x800f0900 in Windows 10 Installation and Upgrade to solve the problem; I have tried updating normally multiple times with no success, so I looked up a way to fixed it and have spent what I would say upwards of 24 hours...     Windows Update continues to fail. Windows 10, version 22H2 0x800f0900


    I have tried updating normally multiple times with no success, so I looked up a way to fixed it and have spent what I would say upwards of 24 hours trying to find a fix with no luck. Any help would be greatly appreciated, I am not able to do many things due to windows not being on a version that software allows.

    How to get the Windows 10 2022 Update version 22H2 Win Update

    If you can't install it from windows update you can try to install it manually, it's the same KB5015684 obtained with windows update.

    Windows 10 Version 22H2 is coming in October 2022 ---> KB5015684 Provides Quick Windows 10 22H2 Upgrade - Ed Tittel On the Ed Tittel page click on the links DeskModder.de or .MSU x64 version of the upgrade.

    Do dism and sfc /scannow commands before and/or after installing it.

    Windows update fails with Error 0x800f0900

    Unable to install both latest cumulative updates.

    The installation of 2019-04 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1803 for x64-based Systems (KB4493437) failed yesterday with Error 0x800f0900 and today the installation of 2019-05 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1803 for x64-based Systems (KB4499167)
    failed too with same Error 0x800f0900.

    I ran the Troubleshoot app on Windows Update. It fixed Service registration missing or corrupt. However, running Windows update still failed with same Error 0x800f0900.

    Restarted the computer several times and search the internet for fixes without success.

    Please help. Thanks, Blaise
