Windows 10: Windows update crash my printer

Hi, im using win 10 pro in my office and i have a network printer that crashed microsoft office apps when it tried to open file or print document.I already googled the solution which is to uninstall the update. The problem is, after i restart the pc, this solution works for a few days before it will crash again because windows will install that update again.I once more googled the problem and it told me to delete the content of softwaredistribution folder and disable win update from services, but it doesnt work and still installing the update when i restart the pc.Is there any other solution i

I suggest you to try the below and check if it helps.

Step 1: I suggest you to update the drivers for printer and check.

• 
  Right click on the Start button from the desktop and select
  Device Manager.
  
• 
  Locate and expand Print queue.
  
• 
  Right-click on the printer driver
  that is listed and click Update driver software.
  

Step 2: I suggest you to run the printer troubleshooter from
“Fix printer problems”
and then check if this fixes the issue.

Increase the window size step by step and watch your vga temps permanently.
What happens?
If it crashes, run at stock speeds as suggested before and retry.

P.S.: When your system locks, does the display signal turn off after a time?
Stuttering sound or no sound at all when freezing?
What X1800XT model do you own exactly?

What and all steps have you tried so far?

Restart the computer and check.

Also, check for Windows updates.

I suggest you to run the Printer Troubleshooter and check if it helps.

  In Search window type Troubleshooting and click on it to open it.

  Click on Hardware and Sound.
  
• 
  Then click on Printer to run the troubleshooter. Follow onscreen steps.
