Windows 10: Windows update destroys my Windows Explorer ?!

I needed to restore my system to 5 days ago couple of times to avoid latest changes to windows update. The lastest windows update buggs out my Windows Explorer. Win Explorer is not responding, can't open the start menu, can't open volume settings or internet settings, sometimes win explorer is gone for some time and nothing is displayed on bottom.I fixed this by reverting to before the windows update. Now I completely disabled my windows update which puts me at risk of outdated software.What is going on with Windows ? Is anyone else experiencing this ? Is there a solution ? I tried restarting

• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

are you running IE7? if not that wouold be my first suggestion,upgrade to ie7 that can fix some stability issues with windows explorer

I don't use Internet Explorer, I meant the thing where you can look at files etc. Hotkey Windows+E. Maybe it's the wrong name in english though. *Stick Out Tongue
