Windows 10: Windows update detects VMware after VMware removed

Discus and support Windows update detects VMware after VMware removed in Windows 10 Installation and Upgrade to solve the problem; Trying to do a Windows 10 update, it requires that VMware be removed - so I removed it.     Windows update detects VMware after VMware removed


    Trying to do a Windows 10 update, it requires that VMware be removed - so I removed it.


    But the window won't go away.


    I went through the registry and deleted every reference to VMware - it still won't go away.


    I have searched the Program and Program(x86) directories - there is no VMware directory.

    Update Windows is possible with VMWARE

    I am using windows 7 in my PC.I want to update my PC to WINDOWS 10.But in my PC i have VMWARE software to access important office data.Can I update my OS to WINDOEWS 10 without effecting to these files?Is it possible with VMWARE software while resides

    Hi,

    How do I uninstall VMware, does not show on Windows Uninstall 'window'?

    Will not uninstall from VMware app.

    VMware will not run or allow me to do a fresh install.

    VMware is visible in program (x86 files), wont allow a delete from there either, which is probably a good thing?
