Windows 10: Windows Update did not successfully installed KB4023057, system is now lagging.

Hi,On the 26th Windows Update, after manually checking for updates, found available KB4023057, which I then instructed to install.After it apparently successfully installed it, the system started to lag, but in a very bad way. I'm on Win 10 Pro x64, build 19044.Then, after playing a bit, trying to fix it my myself, I faced a very strange thing.No matter which command systeminfo, wmic, etc.., the actual update DOES NOT LIST among recently installed ones. I then tried to unistall it via "wusa /unistall /kb:KBID", getting a RT error complaining the the specified KBID is not among the installe

My system said this was just installed but I can't find it anywhere.

Not in "programs & features".....Not in "apps & features"

I had it "hidden" so it would NOT install...but apparently microsoft forced it on me.

Plus, it is no longer listed in the "Hidden" area.

Any suggestions?

problems downloading & applying updates KB4023057 & KB4467702

I get these recurrent errors in Windows Update --

• 2018-11 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1803 for x64-based Systems (KB4467702) - Error 0x80070015
• 2018-12 Update for Windows 10 Version 1803 for x64-based Systems (KB4023057) - Error 0x80070015

I stumbled on this resource (WAY too unintuitive to find that, Microsoft! It should be linked visibly in
Windows Update) --

Microsoft Update Catalog

...where I was able to successfully download other updates which also produced recurrent errors EXCEPT NOT
KB4023057 and KB4467702 --

• KB4467702 I could download and run the installer and it repeatedly tells me my system doesn't need that item, even after restarting the system. Then WHY does
  Windows Update think I need it?
• KB4023057 - is absent in Microsoft Update Catalog

I HAD the same problem and it failed to install twice as it had already been install in December. I attempted to uninstall the previous successfully installed on from December but it was not listed in Update History. I did a "Check for Updates" and it
identified KB4023057 - together with another one - It downloaded it and installed the new KB4023057 successfully. Therefore just try checking for updates again.
