Windows 10: Windows update disapeard from windows settings ! (win 10 1909 x64)

hi people !

I have cleaned registry with kerish, i have done a dism command to repair image of windows, sfc/ scannow too but nothing more ! help me please , i have reinstalled 1909 update but when i choose the windows update in windows parameters it opens it directly there :

Windows 10 1909 Causes Secondary Hard Drive to not be Recognized

Installing the Windows 10 1909 Update causes my secondary hard drive to not be recognized.

Steps to confirm issue:

• Secondary drive not visible in Windows Explorer
• Secondary drive not visible in device manager
• Secondary device not visible in disk manager

Steps to replicate issue:

• Installing 1909 update

Steps to resolve issue:

• Uninstall 1909 update

Since updates can only be delayed for so long, an actual fix would be appreciated.

Thanks but I don't want to do any decrypting. I want to download a Win 10 ISO from Microsoft and install it using my Win 8 key. No other steps required. Is that possible?
