Windows 10: Windows update disrupting the Zoom app?

Does the latest Windows 10 update disrupt the Zoom app? An icon in the Zoom app disappeared. I asked the Zoom help chat what to do, and they suggested I uninstall and reinstall Zoom but this is proving impossible, despite restarting several times. The installation screen just freezes. Nothing else has changed apart from the Windows update.

TPU Capture Auto Zoom

Not sure where else to post this since it isn't listed in the TPU Software section. But when I hit print screen it instantly zooms in. If I try to take a fullscreen shot it only takes the zoomed in window. Any ideas here?

I suggest you to try the below steps and check if it helps.

• If you have a mouse with a wheel, hold down the Ctrl key, and then scroll the wheel to zoom in or out.
• From the keyboard, you can increase or decrease the zoom value in 10% increments. To zoom in, press Ctrl + (+). To zoom out, press Ctrl + (-). To restore the zoom to 100%, press Ctrl+0.

Windows 10 Mail App Zoom Problem

I really don't want to change the font, resolution, etc. for Windows overall since, except for Windows Mail, I seem to be able to zoom as necessary (Ctrl-Scroll Wheel or Ctrl + / -). Following on your suggestion, I looked at settings of the Windows Mail App. Accessibility was not one of the options. I tried Default Font and changed the font size. However that appears to only impact emails I write -- not ones I receive. Thanks for the suggestions anyway. I'm willing to try any suggestions.
