Windows 10: WINDOWS UPDATE ERROR 0x80070012

for the past month ive been trying to install this feature update on my windows computer but nothing seems to be working, it will not let me install this update or any otherswindows 10 2H22 64 bit

Install error - 0x80070012

After an update last week, my computer now has multiple areas with "Install error - 0x80070012". Ive called Geek Squad tech support, they couldn't fix it, I followed Microsoft Tech Support steps to try to fix it, I even tried to RESET my computer which the system will NOT let me. I am not sure what else to do. Is there anything that can be done to get this resolved? My printer no longer works due to driver error, I can't open my files in my email due to this install error. My PDF printer does NO LONGER work.
