Windows 10: Windows Update error 0x80070424 After a Virus Attack

Virus attacked my pc so I reboot everything after reboot I can't update my Windows Update and the Windows Update in Services keep missing in the list.I have the tried w10-wuauserv.reg method, but didn't work.Please help...And my Virus & threat protection is all off and I can't turn it on I already installed Malwarebytes and my Windows Security is empty

How I fix error 0x80070424 while updating windows ?

I have facing error while updating windows 10 .

Error name :

0x80070424

I tried all steps given by you in forum .

I went to services and then run all steps mentioned only " windows update " option is not available in services.

Please suggest alternative or again guide me steps to resolving

Windows defender error : Error cide 0x80070424

Iam using Winodws 10 home. My winodws defender isn't starting. It show's a error code 0x80070424. For this reason my computer is attacked by malicious software. Besides, i cannot find "WIndows Update" in the services list. So, please tell me what should
I do?

• Windows update shows an error (0x80070424)
• windows update service is missing from the services.msc
• Microsoft store wont get me updates or downloads

• Cant install any optional feature from apps

The cause maybe

1. recently installed an update windows10 kb4565503 x64 manually from windows update catalog

Or it could be a virus.

[b]c:/windows/rss[/b] it was suspiciously a virus i also noticed scan exceptions for C:/windows folder in windows defender[/i]

cause that's only what can do damage because my windows is a recent clean install

Edit: already tried sfc /scannow and dism.exe they show no corruptions

The error now changed to (0x80080005) in windows update

running net start wuauserv gives error
The system cannot find the file specified.
