Windows 10: Windows Update Error 0x80073712

I've been trying to download and install 2019-01 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1803 for x64-based Systems (KB4480966) but error code 0x80073712 keeps showing up, and I've tried every solution I can find. This includes restarting my computer, running DISM tool, scanning my computer for viruses, stopping Windows Update Service and deleting the SoftwareDistribution folder then restarting Windows Update Service, running the SFC Tool, and probably a ton more I forgot about. No luck whatsoever.

I am not able to connect the i phone with PC (dell windows 10 64bit) due following update error Some update files are missing or have problems. We'll try to download the update again later. Error code: (0x80073712)

I tried with following options but still problem update is due

Step 1: Use System File Checker to repair damaged Windows files

Step 2: Run the DISM tool

Please suggest me how to solve this issuse
