Windows 10: Windows Update error 0xC1900101 - 0x40017

I tried to use MediaCreationTool20H2.exe and it didn't resolve my Windows issue. During the process of restarting my computer to update Windows 10, the second boot phase shows a text saying "Undoing changes made to your computer", which basically happens every method I used to update my Windows.

I got rid of all my virus protection and I tried again, but now I have windows defender on there (built into Windows 10) I don't even know how it works on windows 7. I cant get rid of it and I tried installing windows 10 again, but no use.
