Windows 10: Windows update error 1053

I can't start windows update and therefore no windows update. Error 1053 The service did not respond to the start or control request in the expected time. I am following the guide of other users, I downloaded the Farbar recovery program and I am sharing my log files with you.Addition.txtFRST.txt

What were the error messages? Did every service time out and throw the error 1053?

Error 1053 Printer Spooler

WinDefend 1053

I just tried steps you provided, but was unable to fix it.

Windows Defender service says: "Error 1053: The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion."

I would like that someone checks my FRST scan results, maybe I have some corrupt registry keys.
