Windows 10: Windows Update Error and Microsoft store Error 0x80248014

My laptop is refusing to update the latest Windows update. I Windows did the ISO Windows 11 setup yet still it's not working, and when I try to update or install an app from the Microsoft stoStore,re it gives me this error code 0x80248014. I've tried other solutions but it's still not working

Hello.
Windows Store don't work anymore. Nomatter if I try to install a new app, or update one I already has, it breaks off download and give me this error 0x80248014 or sometime 0x80070002. I have searched on google about this, but most answers are about Windows Update, and WU is working just fine, but not the Windows Store. I have read and tried this

But I'm still without Windows Store, and there are 25 updates in there that can't be downloaded *Sad

80246002 Error from windows update

Every time I attempt to check for new windows updates, I get the error "Windows could not search for updates" and the error code 80246002. I've searched online quite a bit and only found a few links to Microsoft FixIts, and some commands you could run in attempt to clear it. I've attempted to simply reinstall windows, but even with a fresh copy I still have this error. Does anyone know anything at all that could help?
