Windows 10: Windows update error code 0x8007000D

I have been trying to update windows with the update being: "Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 21H2 for x64-based Systems KB5022834"Here is a list of the following things I have tried but failed:Ran the troubleshooterRan the command: "DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth" along with all the other DISM commandsTried manually installing the update when it finished Downloading it said the update can't installUsed the Tweaking.com windows repair tool free versionThe only thing I was unable to do was rename the catroot2 folder and no matter what I cannot do it. Error code: (0x8007000d)

I get this while trying to update Windows 10. Error code: (0x8007000d). I have watched Youtube videos and Googled this error code. I have tried all the suggested fixes to no avail. If I use (reset this pc) will that correct the error?

Hi.. the updates that are failing are: KB5013942 and KB5015807

In using freebooter's help in his post, I want to make sure the file is the right one to download. In the screen grab, is the file thats highlighted the right one to download?
