Windows 10: windows update error code 0x80070424

after reinstalling windows through the media creation tool I have constantly gotten the error code 0x80070424 when attempting to install apps from the microsoft store. Online solutions pointed to needing a newer version of windows however i already had windows 21H2 installed. the update troubleshooter tells me that it detected an issue with checking for windows updates though I do not know how to solve this

I have facing error while updating windows 10 .

Error name :

0x80070424

I tried all steps given by you in forum .

I went to services and then run all steps mentioned only " windows update " option is not available in services.

Please suggest alternative or again guide me steps to resolving
