    here is what i posted last time:

    Hi, all,

    I am trying to use Windows update, however, I am receiving a persistent problem and I quote "There were some problems installing updates, but we'll try again later. If you keep seeing this and want to search the web or contact support for information, this
    may help: (0x80244022)" Please can you help? I need to update Windows within the next 60 hours. I am using Windows 10 education, version 1511, OS build 10586.1540 if you are unsure of which version of Windows I am using.
