    Hello, I'm trying to update Windows on my old laptop, and I've tried various methods on the Internet, but nothing seems to be working. As an aside, how can I contact the online customer support center? When I search for Windows update problems in the customer support center window and proceed to the next step, only the community center appears. Is this normal? ? ?*I can't attach a photo, so I'm entering text.-*So
