Windows 10: windows update error, windows defender definition error

I recently reset my Windows 11 because of some other issues, but now encountering more issues.Some of the issues I noticed, computer is capable of going to the Internet, able to download things, but in Setting > Home, it is noted that the PC is "Not connected" and "Offline", Windows Update available but not able to download or install, the Windows Update Diagnostic tool didn't help.I remember seeing the error code 0x800706f4 for the Windows update.Windows Defender protection update also failed to download, error code: 80240022I tried with the cmdsfc /scannowDISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /Re

Definition Update for Windows Defender - KB2267602 error

Hello

When I run Windows Update I receive the following message concerning Windows Defender:





And when I try Windows Defender itself, I get the following:





The latest definition version installed is 1.245.410.0. Can anyone suggest what might be at fault here?

Definition Update for Windows Defender - KB2267602 (Definition 1.213.1796.0) - Error 0x80070643

None of the steps above worked!

Windows update still says "Definition Update for Windows Defender - KB2267602 (Definition 1.213.2544.0) - Error 0x8007064"

Norton did shut windows defender off, but windows update is still trying to update windows defender!
